Digital products and business systems, built to operate.

Logics7 is a product operator. We validate, structure, build, launch and operate digital products and business systems.

No development without product logic.

Leadership Gate: Proceed · Reshape · Decline

Product logic before development.

We begin with the business or product decision, before any technology list or feature brief.

  • Decision first Start with the outcome, user, payer and commercial logic.
  • Route before scope Identify the right operating model before scope or commercial promises.
  • Connected decisions Keep product, commercial, operating and engineering decisions together.
  • Justified execution Continue only when the next stage has enough logic to proceed.

AI can build it. Who answers for it?

All-in-one AI platforms and coding agents can generate an app, a game or a campaign in hours. We use the same AI stack ourselves — it runs inside our engineering, our content production and Vendo AI, our own autonomous sales product.

The difference is not the tools. An AI tool ships a prototype; nobody inside it owns the business logic, production quality, security, or what happens after launch. A product operator does. We decide what deserves to be built, build it to operate, and answer for the result.

Independent research puts the gap plainly: nearly half of AI-generated code fails basic security benchmarks¹, and developers’ trust in unreviewed AI output keeps falling². A prototype in an evening is not a system you trust with money, data and customers.

Where each option stops.

Each option is right for some work. The difference is how far along a product's life each one goes, and who answers for it after launch.

Where each option stops.

Typical scope of each category. Individual firms differ.

A record of making products work beyond the build.

Trust comes from exact roles, visible product systems, controlled decisions and accountable execution. A logo wall proves none of that.

  • CONTINUITY: 2012 → today Product and engineering execution since 2012, now structured into a product operator model.
  • LEGAL IDENTITY: LOGICS7 LTD Active company registered in England and Wales. Company No. 14260707.
  • LIFECYCLE: End to end Validation, product structure, build, launch and operations remain connected to the decision.
  • EVIDENCE: Exact role Owned, operated, client, partner, historical and private proof are classified separately and never blended.

Trusted where mistakes are expensive.

Logics7 has shipped platforms in regulated and high-trust environments: immigration services operating with an SRA-regulated law firm, legal-sector platforms, lending automation — and a professional military simulation platform, engineered by Logics7 as PSS by Logics7, that reached NATO codification in 2024. In these sectors a prototype is not enough — architecture, security, data handling and accountability are the product.

Operating since 2012

  • 2012 Logics7 founded; product and engineering execution begins.
  • 2015+ Full-cycle delivery: web platforms, mobile apps, games with their own server systems.
  • 2018 Dedicated engineering direction; work begins on professional simulation systems.
  • 2019 First large-scale simulator contract delivered.
  • 2022 LOGICS7 LTD incorporated in London as the principal operating company.
  • 2025 Simulator business transferred to the L7 group; Logics7 concentrates on the product operator model. Vendo AI founded — a Logics7 product.
  • 2026 Logics7 operates as a product operator: validate, structure, build, launch, operate. Vendo AI in production.

Eleven industries. One operating discipline.

Different sectors, the same rule: no development without product logic.

  • Fintech & lending automation
  • Legal tech
  • Immigration services
  • Faith & community platforms
  • Logistics & freight
  • Simulation & training systems
  • Marketing & UA analytics
  • Mental health platforms
  • AI sales automation
  • Game development & live operations
  • Reading & audio content platforms

Game-grade engineering

Before AI made prototypes cheap, Logics7 shipped games — including its own titles — with full-cycle production: Unity clients, live server systems, REST APIs and high-load backends. Captains TCG, a cross-platform collectible card game, was built and run with its own server infrastructure. That engineering culture — real-time systems, performance budgets, live operations — now runs inside every Logics7 product.

A yearly programme, paid monthly.

Annual Product Operations runs as a yearly programme with a fixed monthly payment: the year’s roadmap is split into equal monthly instalments tied to monthly execution and releases — not to hours.

What grant funding actually covers

Grant funding rarely covers everything: a public programme usually funds part of the eligible costs, and the company funds the rest. How much depends on the programme, the type of work and the size of the company, and each call sets its own rules¹. Logics7 prepares what a strong application actually needs — product scope, roadmap, budget logic, technical narrative, milestones — and structures the project so it can be delivered after approval: a grant does not replace the Product Partnership path, it extends it. For selected projects, Logics7 can participate in the funding structure — discussed individually. We do not guarantee grant approval. Programmes such as Innovate UK and the EIC apply to companies registered in the UK or the EU. For products and companies in other jurisdictions we assess funding eligibility case by case before any preparation starts.

Start with the decision you need to make.

Choose the situation closest to yours. After the choice, the presentation removes every other route.

Product Partnership

For founders, investors and business owners creating a new standalone digital product.

We build from product and commercial logic, never from a feature list alone.

New standalone digital products. Product and commercial logic first. Agreed roles from build through operations.

Should this opportunity move into serious product and commercial work?

The first decision is not what to build. It is whether the opportunity has enough user, market, payer and execution logic to justify the next stage.

  • A new standalone digital product
  • A committed owner and decision maker
  • A credible investment and preparation signal
  • Enough context for an internal assessment

The next decision stays visible.

  1. Qualification Confirm the product context, decision makers, commercial signal, constraints and readiness.
  2. Internal Validation Assessment Qualified opportunities may enter internal global market, product and commercial analysis for up to seven working days.
  3. Leadership Gate Mark Prais makes the final fit decision: proceed, reshape or decline.
  4. Verbal decision The client receives a concise conclusion. The internal analysis is not delivered as a report.
  5. Prepared Partnership Meeting If Logics7 proceeds, an authorised manager presents the prepared product and commercial direction.
  6. Structure · Build · Launch · Operate Responsibilities stay connected from product structure through launch, growth and operations.

Evidence in the way the work is controlled.

Three different products show the same discipline: product structure, operating logic and execution stay connected.

  • A real gate before build The opportunity can proceed, be reshaped or be declined before development begins.
  • Commercial logic stays connected User, payer, acquisition, monetisation and execution are considered as one product decision.
  • Terms are explicit Ownership, equity, IP, responsibilities and milestones are agreed in writing where relevant.
  • No automatic development.
  • No automatic equity.
  • No public validation report.
  • No promise that the product will succeed.

We enter each product as our own.

We open up to ten Product Partnerships a year and keep no more than five in active build at once, because we enter each product as our own.

NOT AN AUTOMATIC OFFER

Confirm whether the opportunity enters the Internal Validation Assessment.

  1. Complete missing qualification context
  2. Internal qualification decision
  3. Assessment and Leadership Gate if eligible
  4. Verbal proceed / reshape / decline
  5. Prepared Partnership Meeting only after proceed

Annual Product Operations

For existing companies with a real operating process to improve.

For automation we start from the business process rather than the tool.

Connected automation, AI, internal tools and integrations, measured against business outcomes rather than tool activity.

Which business process should improve, and what outcome makes the work worthwhile?

The route begins with the real workflow, its owners, systems, data and business impact. Technology follows the operating decision.

  • An existing operating company
  • A process with measurable business impact
  • A process owner and decision maker
  • Need for connected monthly execution

The next decision stays visible.

  1. Process review Understand the workflow, people, systems, data, constraints and commercial impact.
  2. Yearly product and automation roadmap Prioritise connected improvements around business outcomes and dependencies.
  3. Monthly execution Build and improve the agreed systems, integrations, internal tools and product surfaces.
  4. Testing and deployment Release under controlled ownership, acceptance and change management.
  5. Measurement and next stage Use evidence to decide what should improve next.

Evidence in the way the work is controlled.

The relevant proof is not a list of tools. It is the ability to connect customer, operator, data and management workflows.

  • One connected roadmap Requests are prioritised by business impact and dependency instead of being treated as isolated tickets.
  • Monthly ownership Execution, testing, release and measurement remain connected to accountable business owners.
  • Business evidence Success is assessed through cycle time, errors, control, adoption, revenue quality or another agreed outcome.
  • Not IT support.
  • Not a developer-hour retainer.
  • Not disconnected tool implementation.
  • AI is a tool, not the operating model.

We enter each product as our own.

Up to fourteen annual programmes run in parallel, never more, so each one keeps a named owner and a monthly rhythm.

NOT AN AUTOMATIC OFFER

Confirm the process scope and prepare a route-specific commercial direction.

  1. Collect process evidence and system context
  2. Human review of scope direction
  3. Prepare an annual operating model
  4. Prepared Offer Meeting
  5. Process review begins after commercial agreement

Existing Product Review

For a live product with users that has stalled and needs money, a team or product logic to grow.

Review the product, then decide together whether Logics7 invests in it.

A review of the code, the business logic and the market, used by Logics7 to decide whether to take a stake.

Does Logics7 invest, and how?

The review answers one question: can this product be made worth more, and is Logics7 prepared to put its own money or development into it?

  • A live product with users
  • Growth that has stalled
  • Access to code, data and evidence
  • An owner open to a partner who invests

The next decision stays visible.

  1. Establish the current state Product, users, traction, code, assets and prior decisions.
  2. Agree access Access to the code and data, agreed in writing.
  3. The review Code and architecture, business logic, market and monetisation.
  4. Leadership Gate The same business-logic test as a Product Partnership. Mark Prais decides: proceed, reshape or decline, with the reasons.
  5. Negotiation and agreement Stake terms negotiated after the market analysis, then agreed in writing, with a joint plan to grow the product's value toward a sale.

Evidence in the way the work is controlled.

Multi-role, multi-surface and high-trust products show the range of products Logics7 can assess and run, beyond their code.

  • Code and logic together The review reads the source code and the business logic side by side, so value is judged on both.
  • Evidence over opinion Usage, conversion, retention, feedback, operations and technical evidence are separated from assumptions.
  • No is a valid answer Most reviewed products will not fit; the route does not presume that Logics7 invests.
  • Not a paid audit or a free report.
  • The same business-logic test as a Product Partnership.
  • No stake is automatic.
  • No percentage before the review.

We enter each product as our own.

NOT AN AUTOMATIC OFFER

Agree access to the code and data, and the question the review must answer.

  1. Share product access and available evidence
  2. Access agreed in writing
  3. The review: code, business logic, market
  4. Decision at the Leadership Gate, with the reasons
  5. Negotiation and a written agreement if Logics7 invests

Funding & Grant Support

For a digital product preparing for a specific grant, funding programme or investment process.

Turn the product logic into a coherent scope, roadmap, budget narrative and milestone structure.

Product scope, roadmap, budget logic, technical narrative, milestones and review of application-support materials.

Can the product, delivery plan and funding story withstand serious review?

The work connects product scope, architecture, milestones, budget and risk into one coherent programme. It does not manufacture eligibility or promise approval.

  • A defined digital product
  • A specific programme or funding process
  • Accessible requirements and deadline
  • An accountable submission owner and preparation budget

The next decision stays visible.

  1. Confirm product and programme Digital product, jurisdiction, requirements, funding amount and deadline.
  2. Review readiness Existing documents, missing materials, eligibility concerns and accountable owners.
  3. Build the product narrative Product scope, use cases, roadmap, architecture, milestones and delivery logic.
  4. Connect budget and risk Work packages, cost logic, dependencies, privacy, ethics and delivery risk.
  5. Prepared Offer Meeting Confirm scope only after human review determines that support can be provided responsibly.

Evidence in the way the work is controlled.

Funding proof shows preparation quality and technical-commercial coherence; it never implies that an external decision can be guaranteed.

  • Scope before narrative The application story follows a defensible MVP and delivery boundary rather than an inflated feature vision.
  • Budget linked to work Costs connect to work packages, milestones, owners and dependencies.
  • Risk made visible Privacy, security, ethics, data, adoption and delivery risks are addressed instead of hidden.
  • Digital products only.
  • No approval guarantee.
  • No invented eligibility.
  • No unconfirmed legal, tax or regulatory interpretation.

We enter each product as our own.

We prepare six applications a year, two per funding cycle, so every application gets real preparation time.

NOT AN AUTOMATIC OFFER

Confirm whether Logics7 can responsibly prepare the required support package before the deadline.

  1. Provide programme rules and existing materials
  2. Human readiness review
  3. Define product and submission support scope
  4. Prepared Offer Meeting
  5. Preparation begins after agreement

Referral Program

For a warm, professional introduction to an identifiable company, founder or decision maker.

Qualified professional introductions. This is not an affiliate programme.

A real request, decision-maker access and a credible commercial signal are required before acceptance.

Is this a credible, ethical and conflict-free introduction?

The relevant proof is governance: identifiable parties, a real request, decision-maker access, commercial seriousness and written terms where required.

  • An identifiable company and person
  • A real business request
  • Decision-maker access
  • Awareness, commercial signal and no hidden conflict

The next decision stays visible.

  1. Identify the introduction Company, person, role, business request and likely Logics7 route.
  2. Run controlled checks Awareness, decision-maker access, commercial signal, active conversations and conflicts.
  3. Confirm written terms Where relevant, written referral terms are agreed before the introduction.
  4. Introduction and engagement A fee can arise only under the written terms and after a signed client engagement.

Evidence in the way the work is controlled.

Referral confidence comes from a controlled acceptance process, not from a wall of unrelated products or client logos.

  • Identifiable request The company, person, decision role and business request must be clear.
  • Conflict check Existing conversations, procurement, legal and ethical risk are checked before acceptance.
  • Written terms Any applicable fee and conditions are agreed before the introduction.
  • No unqualified contact lists.
  • No affiliate framing.
  • No hidden introduction.
  • No fee before a signed client engagement.

We enter each product as our own.

Qualified introductions are always welcome.

NOT AN AUTOMATIC OFFER

Complete the internal checks and confirm whether written referral terms are required.

  1. Confirm the person, company and request
  2. Check awareness, access and commercial signal
  3. Run active-conversation and conflict checks
  4. Agree written terms where relevant
  5. Make the introduction only after acceptance

Resolve the real concern. Then return to the decision.

Can we build it ourselves with AI tools?

You can — and for a prototype that is often the right first step. The question is who owns what happens next: business logic, production quality, security, integrations and operations. AI tools are part of our own stack; what we sell is not code generation — it is responsibility for a working system.

Who actually makes decisions?

Logics7 runs on a decision process, not on personalities: every Product Partnership passes the Leadership Gate, where the CEO makes the final proceed, reshape or decline decision. Responsibilities, ownership and commercial terms are always defined in writing.

How much will it cost?

Price depends on the route and the scope. We do not want to give you an unreliable answer before the relevant context has been reviewed. If the opportunity is ready, the next commercial meeting will include a prepared offer.

How long will it take?

We do not want to give you an unreliable timeline before the relevant scope, dependencies and risks have been reviewed.

Can you guarantee the result?

No. We do not guarantee adoption, revenue, funding, growth, ROI or product success. We assess whether there is enough logic to justify the next decision and, where an engagement proceeds, define responsibilities, milestones, risk visibility and change control.

Are you a development agency?

No. Logics7 is a product operator. Development may be part of the work, but the engagement starts with product and business logic, the correct operating model and a defined outcome. We do not sell isolated developer hours.

How long have you been doing this?

Logics7’s product and engineering track record dates back to 2012. LOGICS7 LTD is the current principal company operating the business and continues the track record developed through earlier Logics7 operations.

What kind of team do you have?

Engagements are structured around the required product or business outcome, with the relevant product, business, design, engineering, AI, quality assurance and delivery capability. Exact team structure is confirmed for the engagement.

Are all specialists internal employees?

The delivery structure depends on the engagement. The client is not buying isolated developer hours. Responsibilities, delivery ownership, scope, quality control and commercial accountability are defined for the engagement in writing.

What proof can you show?

We use the most relevant verified example and state the exact Logics7 role. Public product proof, evidence of Logics7 involvement, private or NDA material and restricted information are controlled separately.

Who owns the IP?

IP and ownership terms are defined in writing. They depend on the route, commercial structure, pre-existing IP, third-party components and any partnership terms.

I cannot share the idea without an NDA.

We respect reasonable confidentiality boundaries. For qualification, we need enough context to understand the problem, user, commercial logic and stage; we do not need confidential implementation detail. If a specific NDA is required before further disclosure, the correct process is confirmed internally.

Can I speak directly with Mark?

Mark does not need to lead every meeting. He makes the final Product Partnership fit decision after the internal assessment and joins client discussions when strategic fit, ownership, equity, IP, exceptional partnership terms, final commercial structure or final approval requires it. An authorised manager normally leads the prepared commercial meeting.

Do you automatically take equity?

No. Equity is not an automatic requirement. Any ownership, equity or IP structure depends on the route and commercial context and must be explicitly agreed in writing.

What do I receive from the internal assessment?

After the internal decision, you receive a concise verbal conclusion on whether there is enough logic to justify the next stage. The Internal Validation Assessment is not a client report or a standalone consulting deliverable.

Can you just build our specification?

We can discuss build only after we understand the logic, scope and risks well enough to take responsibility for the result. A strong existing specification can make the review faster; it does not remove the need to confirm that the proposed work makes business and product sense.

Do you guarantee the grant?

No. We do not guarantee grant approval. The decision belongs to the external grant body. Logics7 may support the product scope, roadmap, budget logic, technical narrative and milestones.

When is a referral fee paid?

Any referral fee applies only under written referral terms and after a signed client engagement.
