For companies
One connected system for your operations, built and run under a yearly programme.
Annual Product Operations is for companies that already sell and deliver, but run on manual steps between tools. We start from the process, agree a yearly roadmap, and build automation, internal tools and integrations as one connected system, month by month, with a named owner. It runs as a yearly programme from $6,000 a month, excluding VAT, in twelve equal instalments tied to the roadmap, not to hours. You can pause for up to a month a year and, after the first three months, end the programme with 60 days' written notice.
Sounds familiar?
- Leads get lost between the website, messengers and sales.
- Stock, orders and accounting do not talk to each other.
- Reports are put together by hand every week.
What the programme includes
| Annual Product Operations | An hourly retainer | A one-off automation project | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | A yearly roadmap and its monthly execution | Hours used | One specified deliverable |
| Who owns the outcome | One named owner on our side | Usually you | Usually the project lead, until handover |
| The plan | One roadmap across your processes | A queue of requests | One scope |
| After release | Measured, then improved under the roadmap | As requested | Handover |
| Leaving | Pause up to a month a year; after three months, end with 60 days' notice | Notice period varies | Ends with the project |
How the year runs
- Months 1–2: process review and roadmap. We find the processes that create the most friction, manual work, data loss or delay.
- Months 3–4: first automation layer. Internal tools, AI assistants, dashboards or integrations around the highest-priority workflow.
- Months 5–8: connected systems. The first system is connected to CRM, ERP, reporting, data or communication channels.
- Months 9–12: optimisation and scale. Adoption, measured impact, less manual work, and the next stage of automation.
This is not a fixed template. The roadmap is defined after we understand the business process.
Across the business
Marketing and content operations · sales and revenue operations · finance and accounting operations (we do not replace licensed accountants, auditors or tax advisers) · business operations · management, data and reporting · customer support operations.
What we measure
Depending on the process: manual work reduced, response time, lead leakage, reporting time, and the quality of CRM or ERP data. Automation is judged by its business effect, not by how many tools were deployed.
On the programme now
AQLO, a finance operations firm in London, Prime Group and Emigral, a UK immigration platform, are on Annual Product Operations now. Their words are on our site with their permission; the scope of each programme is not published.
How the price is set
From $6,000 a month is the threshold. The exact price and terms come in an offer prepared for your business, which we walk through with you before you sign. The detailed process review and the year's roadmap open the programme in months one and two. Software licences and hosting are listed separately in the offer.
It isn't a fit if you need a one-time technical task, IT support, or developer hours by the day.
