For founders
A product partner for founders: the decision first, then we build and run it.
You have an idea, a prototype or an early version and can't yet tell whether it deserves a full build. Start with a decision, not a quote. The Build Decision: proceed, reshape or decline — in writing, with reasons, within seven working days. Before any code. If we proceed, the same team builds, launches and runs the product with you.
What a non-technical founder usually needs to know
Is it worth building?
We check whether there is enough market, product and commercial logic for the next stage: up to seven working days, with an internal global market analysis for a product that fits. You get the decision and its main reasons. The research stays with us, and the decision isn't a forecast of success.
How do I compare quotes I can't judge?
Ask every supplier two questions: what do I get in writing before any code, and who runs the product a year after launch? Our answers: the Build Decision, and one accountable operator, named in writing before you sign.
Who runs it after launch?
We do, with you. Launch is one stage; running the product is the rest of it. Where it makes sense for us to invest, the Logics7 group can also publish the product through Playcus, our publishing company, under a separate agreement.
How it works
| Step | What happens | When | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Write to us | A few lines about the product, the user and who pays | — | A reply within one working day, usually a Google Meet invitation |
| 2. Introductory conversation | Thirty minutes about your situation. We ask; we do not pitch | At a time that suits you | The route and the next step, with a date |
| 3. Assessment | Market, product and commercial logic, checked internally | Up to seven working days | — |
| 4. The Build Decision | Proceed, reshape or decline, signed by Mark Prais, CEO | Within seven working days | One letter with the decision and the main reasons |
| 5. A meeting prepared for your product | If we proceed: a written offer with scope, roles, budget, IP, milestones and the commercial structure | After the decision | An offer you can take to your co-founders or investors |
| 6. Build, launch, operate | Work starts only under written terms | As agreed in the offer | One accountable operator from the first version onwards |
The whole sequence, step by step: How it works.
What we look at before we decide
Who the user is · who pays · what problem it solves · what people use today instead · how the product can reach its users · whether monetisation can work · what first version makes sense · whether we should take it on.
Each point, with the questions we ask, is on What the Build Decision checks.
What it costs
The first version starts from $50,000, excluding VAT. The structure can be a fee, an agreed stake or a combination; a stake is never automatic. The exact figure is confirmed in writing once the scope is clear. Nothing is sold before the Build Decision.

Who decides
“Every serious client eventually asks who will say no. At Logics7 that person is me. The Build Decision exists so that we only build what we are prepared to operate.”
We take on up to ten new Product Partnerships a year, with no more than five in development at any one time.
This is for you if
- you have an idea, a prototype or an early version of a standalone digital product;
- a prototype works as a demo, but nobody owns the business logic, the security or what happens after launch;
- you want one team to answer for the product, from the first decision to day-to-day operation.
It isn't a fit if you need a fixed-scope build from a finished specification, want to buy developer hours by the day, expect a guaranteed commercial result, or need the cheapest possible quote. An agency or an AI app builder will serve you better, and we'll tell you so on the first call.
Somewhere else on the map? Your product is live with users but growth has stalled: Existing Product Review. You're preparing a grant or funding application: Funding & Grant Support.
