Product Partnership
Product Partnership
For a new digital product: a decision before any code, then one team that builds, launches and runs it with you.
We work with founders, investors and business owners who want to turn a product direction into a structured, launchable and operable business.
- Your situation
- You have an idea, a prototype or an early product, and no way yet to tell whether it deserves a full build.
- What we do
- We check whether the market, the product and the commercial logic hold. If they do, we structure the first version, then build and operate it with you under written terms.
- What changes
- Before development: a decision with reasons, to proceed, reshape or decline. After it: one accountable operator.
How this is priced
From $50,000 for the first version. The structure is a fee, an agreed stake or a combination; in a limited number of partnerships each year Logics7 co-invests part of the build — never automatically.
- What you pay for
- A product built and operated with you: a fee, an agreed stake or a combination — a stake is never automatic. After launch, where the group publishes the product through Playcus, we fund the media budget ourselves.
- What moves the price
- The scope of the first version and the operating role after launch.
- How it is confirmed
- Defined after the Build Decision — our named decision to proceed, reshape or decline — and confirmed in writing at a meeting prepared for your product.
Payment and currency
- Are these fixed prices?
- No — thresholds. The exact price is confirmed in writing once the route and the scope are clear.
- Which currency?
- In US dollars — or in pounds sterling if you are in the UK. Contracts are in GBP or EUR at the rate stated in the offer.
- Do the figures include VAT?
- No. VAT is added where it applies.
- How is payment scheduled?
- As set out in the written structure agreed at that meeting.
- What is not included?
- Anything not named in the written structure. Third-party costs such as licences, hosting and store fees are set out separately in the offer. Where the group publishes the product through Playcus, the media budget is ours.
Figures are thresholds, excluding VAT. The exact price is confirmed in writing; contracts are in GBP or EUR at the rate stated in the offer.
We do not start with code. We start by checking whether the product has a market, a paying user, a monetization logic and a path to launch.
How it works
1
First review
We look at the founder, the product direction, the user and the problem, who pays, the context you share, who decides, the budget signal and the fit.
2
Assessment before development
For a new product that fits, we check whether there is enough market, product and commercial logic for the next stage. This may include a global market analysis and takes up to seven working days.
3
Build Decision
Proceed, reshape or decline — in writing, with reasons, within seven working days. Before any code.
4
Before anyone commits money
The Build Decision is not a product we sell: it is our decision whether to take your product on, made before either of us commits money. The research behind it stays internal; you get the decision and its main reasons.
5
A meeting prepared for you
If we proceed, a manager presents a prepared commercial offer and the recommended way to work together.
6
Product and Commercial Structure
The parties define scope, roles, budget, IP, milestones, acceptance criteria and the commercial structure in writing.
7

8
Launch
9
Growth and Operations
Running the product after launch — and, where it makes commercial sense for us, publishing and growth through Playcus, the group’s publishing company.
After launch
Publishing and growth.
After launch, the Logics7 group can publish your product through Playcus, our publishing company. Where it makes sense for us to invest, the group funds publishing and performance marketing itself. The spend is recouped from the product’s revenue, plus a share agreed case by case. You do not pay the media budget.
1
Publishing readiness
Analytics and tracking, a store or landing presence and monetisation, in place before any money is spent.
2
Go-to-market plan
Markets, channels and a budget for each, with stop and review points agreed in writing.
3
Launch
The product goes to its first markets under the plan.
4
Acquisition cycles
Paid acquisition and store optimisation in short cycles: creatives, audiences, listings.
5
Reports and decisions
Regular reports against the plan; each cycle ends in a decision to scale, adjust or stop.
6
Recoup and share
The spend is recouped from the product’s revenue, and the agreed share is accounted for under the written agreement.
Playcus has been publishing on Google Play since 2013: around 60 apps and games, about 40 million installs, ranked in the top 1% of Google Play developers (AppBrain, October 2026). Acquisition runs on ROImax, the group’s own user-acquisition platform.
See a publishing casePublishing is a separate written agreement with Playcus Limited (Cyprus), signed after the build. Target metrics are planning references: no guaranteed installs, revenue or ROI.
What we check before development
Who the user is
Who pays
What problem is solved
What alternatives exist
How the product can acquire users
Whether monetization can work
What first version makes sense
Whether Logics7 should participate deeper
Important
- A deeper partnership structure is discussed only after the Build Decision. Development, a stake and a shared upside are never automatic.
- We do not take every idea into development.
- If the model is weak, we stop early.
We enter each product as our own.
Product Partnership
We open up to ten Product Partnerships a year and keep no more than five in development at any one time, because we enter each product as our own.
Logics7 operates with access to 350+ specialists across product, engineering, AI, design, quality assurance and delivery, so delivery capacity scales. The Build Decision — proceed, reshape or decline, taken by the CEO before any build — does not. That is the real limit.
Tell us what you're working on.
A new product, a business process, a live product, a grant application or an introduction — a few lines are enough to find the right next step.
We reply within one working day. The form opens with this route already selected.
