Logics7 is a product operator. We validate, structure, build, launch and operate digital products and business systems. Logics7’s product and engineering track record dates back to 2012.
LOGICS7 LTD is the current principal company operating the Logics7 business and continues the product and engineering track record developed through the earlier Logics7 operations in Ukraine and the United States.
Why we work this way.
Most products fail before they start. The team behind them builds without a clear model, without a real path to users, without operating discipline. We saw this repeatedly across clients, then ran our own products and confirmed it.
The operator model came from that. We participate only when we believe the product can work. In selected Product Partnerships we may participate in agreed upside or ownership under a written commercial structure; in Annual Product Operations and other client-owned engagements, ownership and IP remain defined by the applicable written agreement. Equity is not automatic.

Model first
We start with the business model. If the economics do not work, no amount of engineering fixes the product.
Execution second
We build the system, not features. Architecture and product logic are designed for the scale we expect, not the demo.
Validation always
Every stage has a gate. We stop if the assumptions break. We do not push products forward to protect a contract.

Operating since 2012
- 2012Logics7 founded; product and engineering execution begins.
- 2015+Full-cycle delivery: web platforms, mobile apps, games with their own server systems.
- 2018Dedicated engineering direction; work begins on professional simulation systems.
- 2019First large-scale simulator contract delivered.
- 2022LOGICS7 LTD incorporated in London as the principal operating company.
- 2024The simulation platform engineered by Logics7 (PSS by Logics7) receives NATO codification.
- 2025Simulator business transferred to the L7 group; Logics7 concentrates on the product operator model. Vendo AI launches — a Logics7 product.
- 2026Logics7 operates as a product operator: validate, structure, build, launch, operate.
Game-grade engineering
Before AI made prototypes cheap, Logics7 shipped games — including its own titles — with full-cycle production: Unity clients, live server systems, REST APIs and high-load backends. Captains TCG, a cross-platform collectible card game, was built and run with its own server infrastructure. That engineering culture — real-time systems, performance budgets, live operations — now runs inside every Logics7 product.
Execution capacity
Logics7 structures each engagement around the required product or business outcome, assigning the relevant product, business, design, engineering, AI, quality assurance and delivery capability. The client is buying accountable product execution, not isolated developer hours.
