Model

First route, then meeting.

We do not move every enquiry into the same sales call. We first collect enough context to identify the right route, prepare the relevant decision and avoid discovery from zero in the commercial meeting.

A qualification conversation begins through an available website contact route or a scheduled Qualification Meeting. Logics7 collects enough context to identify the route; Logics7 people make decisions and prepare offers.

Five routes, one entry.

Every enquiry enters the same way. The route is identified first — before anyone talks about scope, price or a meeting.

Which route fits you?

What happens after you write to us

  1. 01

    Route

You describe what you are working on; we identify the route before anyone talks about scope.

    What you get
The right conversation, not a generic sales call.
    Risk removed
Months in the wrong engagement model.
  2. 02

    Qualification

A 30-minute introductory conversation to check whether the opportunity qualifies for assessment.

    What you get
A clear answer on whether it goes further.
    Risk removed
Paying for discovery before the basics are checked.
  3. 03

    Internal Validation Assessment

    Up to seven working days

We check market, product and commercial logic internally — before any development is discussed and without committing either side.

    What you get
A verbal decision with reasons: proceed, reshape or decline.
    Risk removed
Building a product whose logic does not hold.
  4. 04

    Leadership Gate

The CEO makes the final proceed / reshape / decline decision.

    What you get
A decision owned by a named person.
    Risk removed
    Committee ambiguity and silent drift.
  5. 05

    Prepared meeting

A Prepared Partnership Meeting or a Prepared Offer Meeting: structure, responsibilities and commercial terms — prepared in advance and confirmed in writing.

    What you get
    Terms you can decide on.
    Risk removed
    Open-ended scope.
  6. 06

    Build and operate

Development starts only after the meeting and written terms. We build to operate — launch is a stage, not the finish line.

    What you get
One accountable operator across the lifecycle.
    Risk removed
    A handover to nobody.

When we decline

We decline when the product logic does not hold, when the commercial model cannot support operation, or when we could not take responsibility for the outcome. A decline is a decision, not a delay — and we say why.

Up to ten annual programmes run in parallel — never more — so each one keeps a named owner and a monthly rhythm.

We prepare six applications a year — two per funding cycle — so every application gets real preparation time.

  • Referral Program
