Do you always take equity or ownership?

No. A deeper participation structure may be considered in selected Product Partnerships and must be agreed in writing. Equity is not automatic. In Annual Product Operations and other client-owned work, ownership and IP are defined by the applicable agreement.

What happens first for a new product opportunity?

We collect enough context to understand the founder, product direction, user, problem, payer hypothesis, available materials, decision authority, budget signal and potential fit.

How do you assess a new product opportunity?

For a qualified opportunity, Logics7 may conduct an internal assessment of the market, product and commercial logic. It may include global market analysis and may take up to seven working days.

Will I receive the full analysis as a report?

No. The analysis is not sold as a standalone service and is not delivered as a client report. The founder receives concise verbal feedback: proceed, reshape or decline.

Who decides whether Logics7 proceeds?

Mark Prais makes the final fit decision for Product Partnership after the opportunity has been qualified and internally reviewed.

What happens if Logics7 decides to proceed?

A manager presents a prepared commercial offer. Product scope, roles, budget, IP, milestones, acceptance criteria and commercial structure are then discussed and documented.

How long does product development take?

The timeline depends on the agreed scope, dependencies, integrations, approvals and launch requirements. Logics7 does not use a universal four-month launch promise.

What does Vendo AI do?

Vendo AI is Logics7’s AI qualification assistant. It introduces the company, presents relevant materials, collects context and helps schedule a Google Meet. It does not approve opportunities, make commercial decisions or issue offers.

Can I move from Vendo AI to a person?

Yes. Vendo AI can help schedule a Google Meet. A Logics7 manager conducts the commercial meeting and presents any authorised offer.

Can Logics7 work with an existing business?

Yes. If the goal is to automate operations, build internal tools, integrate AI, improve workflows or run ongoing product execution, we can work through Annual Product Operations: a yearly roadmap with monthly execution.

Do you help with grants or public funding?

Yes, when the product is suitable. Funding & Grant Support helps prepare the product scope, roadmap, budget logic, technical narrative and supporting materials. We do not guarantee grant approval, funding or any specific outcome.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. Qualified introductions may be accepted under written referral terms. A referral fee is possible only where the introduction meets the agreed conditions and results in a signed engagement with Logics7.

Do you guarantee product success, ROI, funding or grant approval?

Accepted Answer

No. Logics7 does not guarantee adoption, revenue, growth, ROI, funding, grant approval or product success. Where an engagement proceeds, scope, responsibilities, milestones, reporting and acceptance criteria are defined in writing as applicable.
