Work models

Two core operating models. Different commercial models, one principle.

The right model depends on the product, the business context and the agreed commercial structure. The same principle applies in both models: no development without product logic.

Two core operating models

01

Product Partnership

For founders, investors and business owners launching a new standalone digital product.

Logics7 assesses the product and commercial logic, structures the product, builds the system, supports launch and may participate more deeply under an agreed partnership structure.

02

Annual Product Operations

For existing companies that need automation, AI systems, internal tools, integrations or ongoing digital product execution.

Logics7 starts with the business process, defines a yearly product and automation roadmap and executes it through monthly delivery cycles. Ownership normally remains with the client unless a different structure is agreed in writing.

Additional routes

Existing Product Review, Funding & Grant Support and Referral Program provide additional entry or support routes. They are not separate core operating models.

Shared risk and upside

In selected Product Partnerships, Logics7 may share defined development and launch risk and may participate in agreed upside.

The commercial structure is determined only after qualification, the Internal Validation Assessment and the Leadership Gate. Equity is not automatic.

Start with the right route.

Share the context and we will identify the next logical step for your product, business process, existing product, funding request or qualified introduction.
