Digital products and business systems, built to operate.

We tell founders and business owners whether a digital product or business system is worth building, then build, launch and run it with them.

Build Decision: Proceed · Reshape · Decline

Mark Prais, CEO. Owns the Build Decision: the final proceed / reshape / decline decision before any build starts.

Which question brought you here?

Is my product worth building, and will anyone tell me honestly?

We check the market, the product and the money. If they hold, we build, launch and run the first version with you.

Product Partnership

Our business runs on people, spreadsheets and chats. How do we make it one system?

We join those steps into one system: automation, internal tools and integrations, month by month, under a yearly roadmap.

Annual Product Operations

Three more situations: A live product that has stalled, and an owner open to an investing partner. · A product going through a grant or funding process. · A company, founder or decision maker you want to introduce.

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

For you if…

  • You need to know whether the idea deserves a full build.
  • The prototype demos well, but nobody owns the business logic, the security or life after launch.
  • You want one team to answer for the product, from the first decision to daily operation.
  • Your company already sells and delivers, but runs on manual steps between tools.
  • Leads get lost between the website, messengers and sales.
  • Stock, orders and accounting do not talk to each other.
  • Reports are put together by hand every week.

Not a fit if…

  • You need a fixed-scope build from a finished spec, with no product decisions to make.
  • You want to buy developer hours by the day.
  • You expect a guaranteed commercial result or a guaranteed grant.
  • You need a prototype by tomorrow and nothing after that.
  • You need the cheapest possible quote.

If that’s you, an agency or an AI app builder will serve you better, and we’ll say so on the first call.

Up to ten Product Partnerships a year, never more than five in development at once.

Build Decision.

For a new product that fits: proceed, reshape or decline — in writing, with reasons, within seven working days. Before any code.

Mark Prais, our CEO, takes it. It is not sold and it is not a report: it is our decision whether to take your product on, made before either of us commits money.

What we look at

  1. Who the user is
  2. Who pays
  3. What problem is solved
  4. What alternatives exist
  5. How the product can acquire users
  6. Whether monetization can work
  7. What first version makes sense
  8. Whether Logics7 should participate deeper

What you receive

One letter: the decision, three to five reasons and what happens next. Signed by Mark Prais, CEO.

What happens after each outcome

  • Proceed: A manager comes to a meeting prepared for your product, with a written offer: scope, roles, budget, IP, milestones and the commercial structure.
  • Reshape: We tell you what would have to change — the scope, the model or the first version — and why.
  • Decline: You hear it before you spend on development, with the main reasons. A “no” before development is the cheapest good decision you can make.

Typical 12-month roadmap

  1. Months 1-2: Process review and roadmap We find the processes that cause the most friction, manual work, data loss or delay.
  2. Months 3-4: First automation layer The first internal tools, AI assistants, dashboards or integrations, around the highest-priority workflow.
  3. Months 5-8: Connected systems We connect the first system to CRM, ERP, reporting, data or communication channels.
  4. Months 9-12: Optimization and scale Better adoption, measured impact, less manual work, and the next stage of automation.

What we measure: Manual work reduced · Response time improved · Lead leakage reduced · Reporting time reduced · CRM or ERP data quality improved

Not a fixed template: the roadmap is set once we understand the process and the effect you expect.

What it costs, and what the price buys.

Product Partnership

  1. The Build Decision: not sold, and made before either of us commits money.
  2. From $50,000 for the first version
  3. Running the product after launch: part of the partnership, set out in the offer.
  4. Publishing through Playcus, where it makes sense for us to invest: a separate agreement, and you do not pay the media budget.

Annual Product Operations

From $6,000 a month: a yearly programme in twelve equal instalments.

Pause for up to a month a year; after the first three months, end with 60 days' notice.

  • Existing Product Review: No fee
  • Funding & Grant Support: From $10,000 per application
  • Referral Program: Referral fee from 5%

Figures are thresholds, excluding VAT. The exact price is confirmed in writing; contracts are in GBP or EUR at the rate stated in the offer.

The people who answer for it.

Mark Prais

Chief Executive Officer

Every serious client eventually asks who will say no. At Logics7 that person is me. The Build Decision exists so that we only build what we are prepared to operate.

Dmitry Suponev

Founder

Since 2012 I have built products before AI and after it. AI changed how fast we build. It did not change who is responsible for what we build.

Logics7 works with a delivery network of 350+ engineers, so capacity scales. The Build Decision does not: that is the real limit.

validate → structure → build → launch → operate

Publishing and growth, after launch.

After launch, the Logics7 group can publish your product through Playcus, our publishing company. Where it makes sense for us to invest, the group funds publishing and performance marketing itself. The spend is recouped from the product’s revenue, plus a share agreed case by case. You do not pay the media budget.

  1. Publishing readiness Analytics and tracking, a store or landing presence and monetisation, in place before any money is spent.
  2. Go-to-market plan Markets, channels and budgets, with stop and review points in writing.
  3. Launch First markets, under the plan.
  4. Acquisition cycles Paid acquisition and store optimisation in short cycles: creatives, audiences, listings.
  5. Reports and decisions Reports against the plan; each cycle ends in a decision to scale, adjust or stop.
  6. Recoup and share The spend is recouped from the product’s revenue; the agreed share follows the written agreement.

Playcus has been publishing on Google Play since 2013: around 60 apps and games, about 40 million installs, ranked in the top 1% of Google Play developers (AppBrain, October 2026). Acquisition runs on ROImax, the group’s own user-acquisition platform. Publishing is a separate written agreement with Playcus Limited (Cyprus), signed after the build. Target metrics are planning references: no guaranteed installs, revenue or ROI.
