Referral Program Terms
These terms describe how the Logics7 referral program works. They set out when a referral fee may be paid and the conditions that apply. See the referral program page for an overview.
Qualified introductions
A referral fee may be paid only for a qualified introduction: a genuine, warm introduction to a founder, company or decision maker who was not already in conversation with Logics7, and who then enters into a signed engagement with us.
Fees only for signed engagements
No fee is due for an introduction alone. A fee becomes payable only if and when the introduced party signs an engagement with Logics7 and meets the conditions we agree. If no engagement is signed, no fee is due.
Terms agreed in writing first
The specific fee, scope and payment terms for any referral are agreed in writing before any payment is made. Nothing on this page is itself an offer or a guarantee of a fee.
No conflict of interest
You confirm that making an introduction does not breach any duty you owe to another party and does not create a conflict of interest, procurement rule breach, or legal or ethical risk. Introductions that would create such a risk are not eligible.
Fit is at our discretion
Logics7 decides at its sole discretion whether an introduction is a fit and whether to pursue an engagement. We are not obliged to engage with any introduced party.
Relationship of the parties
Participating in the referral program does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between you and Logics7. You act as an independent introducer and may not represent yourself as acting on our behalf.
Governing law
These referral terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
