Model

We don’t start as a development vendor. We start with the model.

Most digital products fail before they start. Not because of technology. Because the model does not work.

We start by understanding whether the product should exist at all. If the model shows real potential, we can move deeper as a product partner.

How the model works.

Five stages. Each one has a clear gate. We stop at any stage if the economics or fit fail the check.

  • 01

    Idea validation

    Up to 1 week

We analyze market demand, monetization, and scalability. If the idea cannot work as a business, we do not proceed.

  • 02

    Product structure

    1 to 2 weeks

If validation shows strong potential, we define the product logic, align roles and expectations, and agree on the structure and possible partnership model.

  • 03

    Build

    2 to 4 months

Architecture, product logic, scalable foundation. We build a system, not a list of features.

  • 04

    Launch and operate

    Ongoing

Go to market, acquire first users, manage growth. Logics7 operates the product together with the founder.

  • 05

    Scale

    Ongoing

Optimize the product, expand distribution, grow revenue. The product evolves as a business, not as software.

Roles.

This works only with clear roles, agreed upfront before development starts.

Founder

  • Defines the vision
  • Brings domain knowledge
  • Participates in key decisions

Logics7

  • Structures the product
  • Builds the system
  • Operates growth and execution
  • Manages technical and product decisions

Economics.

The commercial structure depends on the product. It is defined only after validation.

  • Product Partnership

The founder usually funds part of development, while Logics7 contributes product, technical and launch expertise. In selected projects, the work may be structured around shared upside.

  • Annual Product Operations

The work is structured as a yearly roadmap with monthly execution. No equity is required when ownership does not make sense.

The exact structure is defined only after validation, based on the product, the scope and the agreed roles.

When we say no.

Not every idea should move into development. We stop early if any of these is true.

  • There is no clear paying market
  • Monetization is unclear
  • The product cannot scale
  • Founder commitment is not strong enough
  • The business only needs simple task execution, not product logic

Development companies build what you ask. We don’t.

We only work on products that can function as real businesses. The model comes before the code.

Validation before scale. If the economics fail, the project stops.
