Two commercial paths

Product Partnership

For founders, investors and companies launching a new digital product. We validate the model, build the product, launch it, operate growth and may participate in the upside after validation.

Annual Product Operations

For existing companies that need automation, AI systems, internal tools or digital product execution. We define a yearly roadmap and execute it month by month. No equity is required when ownership does not make sense.

In selected product partnership cases, Logics7 may share both development and launch risk.

Development

  • Total development budget: €70k
  • Client funds 70%: €49k
  • Logics7 contributes 30%: €21k
  • Development period: around 4 months

After launch, Logics7 may also fund initial performance marketing.

After launch (example)

  • Revenue generated: €100k
  • Performance marketing spend covered by Logics7: €40k
  • Remaining amount after marketing spend: €60k
  • Distribution between client and Logics7 follows the agreed structure
