• Contact form. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you provide, an optional attachment, and where available basic context such as UTM parameters or the referring page. This is used only to understand and respond to your enquiry.
• Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics run only after you opt in.
• Cookies. We use a consent banner (opt-in) with three categories: necessary (always on), analytics and communication. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

The public website does not require a user account. Separate client portal accounts may be provided to authorised clients. Portal access, authentication data and account activity are governed by the relevant client agreement, portal terms and applicable privacy documentation. We do not sell your personal data.

When you communicate through Vendo AI, request a call or schedule a Google Meet, we may receive the information you provide, contact details, meeting details, qualification context, conversation records or transcripts where enabled, and relevant technical metadata.

We use this information to respond to you, qualify and route the enquiry, prepare meetings, record the opportunity in our CRM and take steps at your request before entering into a possible engagement.

Vendo AI supports qualification but does not make final participation or commercial decisions.

We rely on your consent for analytics and marketing cookies, which you give through the consent banner and can withdraw at any time. For contact enquiries we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us, and where relevant on taking steps at your request before entering into an engagement.

Analytics uses Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation) and Microsoft Clarity (usability heatmaps and session insights). Both are strictly opt-in: they load ONLY after you accept analytics cookies. If you do not consent, neither one loads and no analytics cookies are set. If you withdraw consent, they stop. Your choice is stored in a cookie named l7_consent.

Marketing consent controls the Vendo AI chat widget, which is loaded only after you accept marketing cookies.

We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet any legal or record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Consent choices persist until you change them or the cookie expires.

We share limited data with service providers who act on our behalf:

• Google Analytics for consented, privacy-protective site analytics.
• Microsoft Clarity for consented usability analytics (heatmaps and session insights).
• Resend to deliver contact form submissions to us by email.
• Vendo AI widget for the on-site chat assistant, loaded only after marketing consent.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent measures.
